PHILIPSBURG:--- The Windward Islands Bank Ltd. (WIB) welcomed students to their annual Summer Work Experience Program for the period of July 3rd – 31st.
At a brief orientation session, with the Manager of the HR Department, the students were informed of bank’s Code of Conduct, Dress Code and other policies; as well as the bank’s expectations of them during their stay at WIB. The students will gain a wealth of knowledge and skills, while at WIB for this one month period.
The departments which will provide hands-on work experience for the students include: Credit Administration, Merchant services, Branch Network Services, Insurance, I.T., Forex and Office Services to name a few.
