PHILIPSBURG--As of 12:00pm today, there have been 4,736 votes cast across the 20 polling stations in St. Maarten, or 21% of the 22,553 eligible voters.

  So far, voter turnout is higher than it was in the 2020 parliamentary election. In 2020, a total of 4,175 votes had been cast by noon, which was 18% of eligible voters.
