In 2022 and after two years of absence, the famous market sale of traders made its big comeback in the center of Marigot where hundreds of people responded. This year, the large Marigot sale will be held this Saturday August 5 from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. rue Général de Gaulle.

Organized by the Action Économique et Citoyenne de Saint Martin (AEC) association, which has 60 members, in partnership with the Collectivité and thanks to the generous support of Cadismarket, sponsor of the event, the Grande Braderie de Marigot will once again thrill the hearts of the capital, to the delight of the public and traders. This Saturday, August 5 from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m., rue Général de Gaulle will be entirely pedestrianized, all the way to the gardens of the Collectivité. For organizational and logistical reasons, rue Général de Gaulle between the “Lipstick” boutique and the “Orange” store will be exceptionally closed to traffic from Friday August 4 at 16 p.m. until Saturday August 5 at 21 p.m. the end of the dismantling of the sixty stands planned for the sale. With as much desire as ever to revitalize the city centre, the merchants of Marigot are keen to revive the great street sale of yesteryear by offering an annual event that the population of Saint-Martin always looks forward to. Bargains will be plentiful among traders' stock liquidations before the next collections. Clothing, shoes, accessories, jewellery, the prices will defy all competition. Drinks and food stalls will be present to re-energize the public between two very good deals. Other interesting sales for shopping lovers, the Howell Center sale has already started this Thursday, August 3 and will also continue on Friday and Saturday with prices sold off at Cocolito, Hom Saga, Pomme Cannelle, Outremer, Howell Shoes and Equivalenza. Finally, the West Indies Shopping Mail sale on the Marigot seafront sticks to the calendar with its summer sales on August 3, 4 and 5 from 9 a.m. to 19 p.m. Treat yourself to a new wardrobe at a low price while supporting merchants, the sale is waiting for you. _Vx
