Training held to promote good compliance when filing taxes | SOUALIGA NEWSDAY

PHILIPSBURG – On July 27th, the members of SXM A.C.T.I.O.N (Aspiring Change to Impact Our Nation) hosted in collaboration with A&A Accounting, Trainer Ms. Seraphin Ann Marlin-Evans, MSc Finance and Senator John Hodge a Training on Tax 101- Filing of Business and Income Tax.

Joining the Presenters on the panel of discussion was Mr. Maarten Tervoort, Managing Director of Baker’s Tilly.

During the training, the presenters took an awesome approach by directing the presentation to the participants view.

The Training was successfully attended by 28 participants. ‘Our Goal is to provide training to the community that is relevant, and we are happy that persons are taking advantage of those opportunities’ said the President of the Organization.
