PHILIPSBURG:--- In connection with the passing of our colleague and friend, Cernick Jan Lionel Carolina on Saturday 30th November 2019, the management of the Police Force (KPSM) would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the friends and family of the deceased.
We have placed a table with a picture and condolence book for the late Cernick Jan Lionel Carolina in the lobby of the Police Headquarters in Philipsburg. This book is at the disposal of the general public.
The public is hereby invited to come in and sign this book as an expression of their condolence.
