MIAMI:— American Airlines today resumed scheduled service to eight destinations in the Caribbean previously suspended in March due to coronavirus (COVID-19) travel restrictions. The airline resumed its operations from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Santo Domingo (SDQ), Santiago (STI), Puerto Plata (POP) and Punta Cana (PUJ) in the Dominican Republic; Port-au-Prince, Haiti (PAP); as well as to Eleuthera (ELH), Georgetown (GGT) and Nassau (NAS) in the Bahamas.
