PHILIPSBURG:— In March of this year the National Ombudsman of the Netherlands, Reinier van Zutphen, announced an investigation in response to signals from and about students from the Caribbean part of the Kingdom who encounter various problems during or after their studies in the Netherlands. According to Mr. van Zutphen, the impression exists that Dutch government authorities are not successful in informing (former) students properly about all that is involved when studying in the Netherlands.
