PHILIPSBURG:— The Detective Department is seeking the assistance of the public to locate a person of interest whose images were taken off surveillance cameras. The man seen in the photos is the suspect in the broad daylight murder which took place on Sunday in the vicinity of Garden Market in Simpson Bay.
