Scooter rider died due to accident on French Quarter Road. | SMN News

French Quarter:--- A high day scooter accident on French Quarter main road (RN 7) left the rider dead on Thursday.
Details on the accident are not immediately available, videos of the victim laying on the road with a large crowd of people are circulating via social media even though there is a lockdown on the island.
SMN News understands that the victim lives somewhere around the Pond in  French Quarter.
Currently St. Martin/ St. Maarten is on lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Both sides' governments have been calling on parents and youngsters to stay off the public
