PHILIPSBURG:--- Attorney at Law Jairo Bloem sent a dashing counter-proposal to the Minister of VSA Richard Panneflek on the execution of the stimulus plan.
SMN News managed to get hold of the letter which can be considered a counter-proposal that the Minister that is responsible for executing the stimulus plan is the Minister of VSA Richard Panneflek.
The letter further questioned where will the money (74,100,000) will be coming from to execute the stimulus plan that has to be executed by USZV.<br
