PHILIPSBURG:---The Philipsburg Jubilee Library is back in business, but with some restrictions. Until further notice, only “DROP OFF and PICK UPS”, at the window will be allowed.
Drop Off and Pick up of books are daily from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
