PHILIPSBURG:--- Minister of Education Rodolphe Samuel confirmed on Wednesday that St. Maarten has about 400 students currently studying abroad. Asked by SMN News what exactly is the government of St. Maarten doing for the students who will be finishing their semester in the month of May and have to vacate their dorms.
