PHILIPSBURG:--- The director of USZV and its employees have been given carte blanche on the execution of the payroll support, which is based on the Ministerial Decree signed off by the Minister of VSA on Wednesday. USZV will also be paid an unknown sum of money on a monthly basis for the execution of the payroll support. While USZV is tasked with this payout the decree clearly states that USZV cannot use any money from the funds it manages for the payroll support.
